Required for students in Ripple 4 Ballet during the '25-'26 Season
Open to Ripple 5 & Grad Collab Ballet students

 

The Jr. Pointe Technique summer class provides ongoing training to keep pre-pointe & pointe dancers in top shape over the summer.

These students should attend ballet 2-3x/week to develop and maintain the strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, and proper muscle memory required for safe pointe work.

 

The Weekly Jr. Pointe Technique Class Includes:

  • Conditioning exercises

  • Pointe technique 

 

Dress Code  

  • Apparel: Any Pure Dance Works leotard & pink footed tights worn under leotard

  • Shoes: Flat shoes and pointe shoes (if you are pre-pointe, just bring flat shoes)

  • Hair: A bun or similar style, completely secured off the face and neck; pin back bangs and side wisps.

  • Optional: Ballet skirt, leg warmers

  • Please No: Jewelry, accessories, other clothing, or undergarments that show. Only skin-toned dance undergarments may be worn with a leotard and must be covered entirely.

  • Bring: Water bottle & Yoga mat 

 

Class Details

  • Eligibility | Students must have completed Ripple 4 Ballet or above during the '25-'26 Season

  • Schedule | July 6- 27, 2026, Mondays 9:00 - 10:15 AM

    • A drop-in option for dancers who can't commit to all four classes will be available on our website.

  • Registration & Pricing | Current students may visit the Parent Portal for registration and pricing.
