Best for intermediate and advanced dancers who want to build knowledge, confidence, professionalism, and practical performance skills.
Our Dance Development Workshops are designed to support intermediate and advanced dancers as their training becomes more serious. These 45-minute focused sessions cover essential performance skills that dancers are expected to understand as they continue to progress—skills that build confidence, independence, and professionalism both in and out of the studio.

Each workshop is taught by professional ballerina Jayda Hazelett and emphasizes practical, real-world knowledge dancers can immediately apply in class, rehearsals, and performances.
Pointe Shoe Prep & Care Workshop
Proper pointe shoe preparation plays a significant role in comfort, safety, and performance longevity. This workshop guides dancers through best practices for sewing, breaking in, and caring for pointe shoes, with attention to both beginner needs and advanced refinements.
Dancers will learn how thoughtful preparation can support alignment, reduce discomfort, and extend the life of their shoes. This workshop is valuable for pre-pointe, beginning pointe, and experienced pointe dancers alike, offering tips and insights that support healthy, confident dancing.
Why These Workshops Matter
As dancers advance, expectations extend beyond steps and technique. These workshops provide practical tools that support confidence, self-sufficiency, and professionalism—skills that serve dancers well throughout their training and performance experiences.
