Princess Camp | 3-Day | Ages 3-6

Princesses & Princes delight in discovering the dancers, choreographers, and composers that make fairy tale ballets come to life.

• Explore fairy tale ballets:
  • June 2021: Cinderella (Ages 3-6)
  • July 2021: Sleeping Beauty (Ages 5-9)
• Daily ballet class
• Watch video selections from the ballet
• Create your own fairy tale ballet scrapbook
• Develop your own dance props
• Learn dances from the fairy tale ballet
• Perform for parents on Friday!

Class Sizes Children are placed in royal small groups according to their age. Groups have a maximum of 12 dancers within a 24 month age range to ensure personal attention and avoid overwhelm.

Snacks A simple nut-free snack is provided daily. Please pack a spill-proof water bottle. 

What's A Princess or Prince To Wear?

Princesses may wear any comfortable, easy to move in clothing. 

• Options:
  • Leotard and tights 
  • Costumes are allowed at Princess Camps as long as they are easy to move in. A base layer is a good idea for comfort. 
  • Leggings or shorts and a t-shirt or tank 
• Ballet shoes or socks on the royal tootsies.
• Secure that beautiful hair off of the face and neck. A bun is "proper" ballet hair, but not required for camp.
• Avoid large accessories such as headpieces that may fall off and all jewelry other than small pierced earrings

Princes may wear a t-shirt, shorts, and socks, and/or ballet shoes. A princely costume is also welcome!

We want dancers to be safe, comfortable, and able to dance freely :).
