Unlock your full potential with this dynamic class designed to build both strength and flexibility.

Led by a teacher trained and certified in the MuvMethod technique, this class combines targeted conditioning with guided stretching to help dancers increase mobility, prevent injury, and achieve greater range of motion.

Through progressive exercises, dancers will strengthen key muscle groups while also lengthening and releasing tension—creating the balance every performer needs for power, grace, and control.

Requirements:

  • Bring your own mat
  • Wear Pure Dance Works apparel; shoes are not required
  • Hair secured off the face and neck
  • Current enrollment in a weekly Pure Dance Works Sparkle 6, Ripple 1, or Ripple 2 dance class

This class is the perfect complement to your dance training, supporting both artistry and athleticism.
