  • Confirmation Email Within 3 days of registering for Dance Revolution through the link on the Pure Dance Works site, you'll get a confirmation email from Pure Dance Works confirming your registration and payment plan.

 

  • Reserve A Hotel Room We recommend staying at the Westin North Shore Hotel, 601 N Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL, the convention hotel, for convenience and a nice group rate. Click HERE to make hotel reservations at the discounted convention rate of $130/night. The hotel may fill up at any time; rooms are not guaranteed. Reserve your room now!

 

  • Plan travel, food, and lodging. 
    • A list of parents wishing to carpool, coordinate meal plans, or share a room is available on the Parents Helping Parents page.
      • You must be logged in to access the page. Only accounts with a Dance Revolution registration can access the Parents Helping Parents page.

 

  • Pack Your Bags
    • There is a Royalty Ball-themed dance party to kick things off Friday night, so pack your best tiara, crown, princess dress, robe, scepter, etc.  
    • Dancers will need dancewear, shoes, and hair supplies for all-day dancing on Saturday and a half-day Sunday.

 

  • Pack Your Food (Optional)

    • Sometimes parents save time and money by packing coolers full of meals and snacks rather than purchasing every meal out.

      Ready-to-eat cold foods are great as well as chilled portions that can be heated up in a hotel room microwave.

      Ideas include sandwich fixings, soups, pasta dishes, casseroles, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit and veggies, hummus, yogurt, cottage cheese, healthy packaged or homemade snacks.

      Don't forget plates, napkins, silverware, plastic wrap, zippy bags, bag clips, etc. to make meal-time and clean up easy!

      You can do this individually or coordinate with other parents to prepare or purchase in bulk and then share with others.

    • Food is available for purchase from vendors at the hotel and there is a restaurant across the street.

 

  • Time Your Arrival For Check-In All attendees need to check-in at the hotel with Dance Revolution staff to get their all-access wristbands for the weekend.
    • Check-In Time: Friday, January 28 between 6:00-7:30 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. (That's 7:00-8:30 PM EST.)
